169 / Selected moments

I’m pretty excited about this show… The first ever show with my great friend Stormie Mills and just myself!
We’re reflecting on some of our travels together and referencing some of the huge walls and special projects we’ve done together…

It’s at the Unit44 Gallery in Newcastle and we’ll be painting a massive wall as part of the show. It’s going to be pretty different for us both.

Some more pics from the Unintended Calculations show in Vancouver with Augustine Kofie, Jerry Inscoe and Scott Sueme, including some shots of us working on collaboration pieces in Sueme’s studio.

162 / The Havana Club wall project

The Wall Project – presented by Havana Club and Rich Mix

Rich Mix and Havana Club are calling on amateur or professional artists to submit designs for a specially commissioned wall art project, taking place over the next twelve months at Rich Mix in Shoreditch.

Artists are invited to submit their entries to panel of experts, led by me, who will select two winning designs to feature on the Rich Mix interior wall throughout the year.

Design sketches must be submitted to Rich Mix (visualarts@richmix.org.uk) as a jpg by:
March 21 with the winning wall design on show from May to August 2011; or
July 2 with the winning wall design on show from September to December2011.

160 / MoseOneTwenty

Saw this by an old artist friend of mine MoseOneTwenty, It’s a paste up.
I love it, one of the most interesting pieces of art on the street that I’ve seen in a while.
